Shipping Policy

Every Waves & Wear tee is printed to order just for you, so here's exactly what to expect.

Production

Orders are printed and prepared within 2–5 business days.

Delivery (United States)

Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 1–2 weeks.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show its first scan.

Multiple Items

Ordered more than one item? They may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days — you'll get a tracking link for each one, and you'll never be charged extra shipping for a split order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your package is marked "delivered" but isn't there, email us within 30 days of the ship date with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, reprint your order or refund you — your choice.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once an order is in production we can no longer change the address. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we'll reach out and can reship it for the cost of postage.
