2. Products, Pricing and Orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Because every item is printed to order, orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our original artwork, designs, text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Waves & Wear / Terraz LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, print, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written consent.

4. Disclaimers

All items are printed to order. Product colors and print placement may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor settings, the direct-to-garment printing process, and natural variation between garment dye lots. Minor variation in color or placement is a normal characteristic of made-to-order apparel and not a defect. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

5. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to our products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Waves & Wear / Terraz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
